Refund policy

WARRANTY & RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date for eligible items.
  • All returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and accessories attached.
  • The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: bundles, gift cards, custom or made-to-order items, complimentary or promotional items, and limited drop items (see Limited Drops section below).
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders. If there is an issue with an international order, please contact customer service and we will attempt to resolve it where possible.
  • To request a return, exchange, or store credit, contact returns@ruinedyouth.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and whether you are requesting an exchange, store credit, or refund.
  • If approved, return instructions and a return label may be provided where applicable.
  • Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. If an exchange item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt and processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Limited Drops

  • All limited drop items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Limited drop items may only be returned if they are faulty or defective.
  • Faulty limited drop items must be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting return@ruinedyouth.com with clear photos and your order number.
  • Approved faulty limited drop items may be replaced or issued store credit at our discretion.
  • Store credit does not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Faulty Items

  • If any item arrives faulty or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • Approved faulty items may be replaced, refunded, or issued store credit depending on availability and circumstances.

Third-Party Purchases

  • RY only accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from our official online store.
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers or distributors must be returned to the original place of purchase.
